Very cool museum and displays, the 360 degree deck was stunningly beautiful. The staff! Oh my gosh the staff! They were all so helpful and genuinely nice, and absolutely so proud of this place, such a nice surprise.

Perlan Museum shouldn’t be missed

May 2025

Great few hours at the Perlan Museum! We had a few hours to spare, between 2 full day tour the day before and the day after. So glad we made it a priority to see the Perlan Museum. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We toured all of the exhibits in about 2 hours (Volcano, Ice Cave, Planetarium, & Sea Life), including the 360 observatory. Definitely an enjoyable and informative visit. Appropriate for adults and kids.

A well-thought out and superbly staged facility.

The ice cave is really exciting, the videos are of outstanding quality, combining science and entertainment at its best. The Árórá film is particularly unforgettable. In the end, you drink a coffee in the gently rotating coffee dome and enjoy the fantastic view of the whole city. For me a must visit in Reykjavik.
